Mixed Martial Arts or MMA is one of the most physically demanding sports around. This combat sport combines all ranges of fighting such as striking , clinching, takedowns and grappling .

Our classes are taught by coaches with real Mixed Martial Arts competition experience. Each class you will receive hands-on training to quickly and effectively increase your confidence and ability to apply practical MMA skills in competition.

Although MMA is a contact sport our staff focuses on your safety to ensure the continuity of your training.
